Unfortunately the iPhone weather forecast was correct and we arrived to grey clouds and drizzle but like your first night on tour, this didn't trouble us and we quickly dumped belongings in the apartment and ventured out for brunch.
12 metres from our front door we found the wonderful Bar Zaboleta and their wonderous tortilla washed down with some Cruz Campo lager.

This was the Picador Bar and we ordered our first Jamon Croquettes of the weekend with a side order of Cheeseboard! Tanqueray gin was the tipple of choice for this stop.
Fish of the Day with Shio Koji, Sea Grapes & Piparras - tangy pickled slithers of white fish marinated in malted rice & salt water with the sea grapes which are popping seaweed bubbles and a red pepper puree.
